These short positive statements asks you to cut through the clutter of your life and focus your mind on one essential truth at a time.

WHY DO YOU USE SOCIAL MEDIA?
Read MoreDuring one of our past retreats in Mexico we invited a shaman to lead us in a ceremony. He called it the Abundance Circle. He invited us to stand in a circle and visualize something in our life that we felt we had so much of, that we had plenty left to share with others. Then once we had the feeling of that particular feeling bubbling up in us so much that it was over-flowing, we shared it around the circle with others.
I remember some of the gifts that were passed around: joy, love, contentment— we even had one woman who felt she was over-flowing with sexual energy— and so she passed that feeling around!
