Driving across west Texas, the rain finally stops and the sun comes out, brightening up an enormous Texas blue sky. The familiar ten hour drive gives the perspective of distance and as the time and landscape change I begin to let go of our  home in Texas and transition to our simple adobe in Santa Fe, New Mexico.
