Every time I begin to teach a yoga class, I invite my students to dedicate the practice to their INNATE HEALING POWER. Your body has the ability to spontaneously self-heal. It has the magical ability to restore itself (if given the time and space). In any yoga practice, you consciously work to connect your body, mind, and soul. You cultivate stillness within which allows your body to take over and intuitively heal you from the inside out.
