EMBRACING WHOLENESS

EMBRACING WHOLENESS

EMBRACING WHOLENESS

We are all made up of equally opposite traits. We laugh and cry. We are capable of love and hate. When we learn to acknowledge the complementary opposites of our self, in our wholeness, we are peacefully free.

I encourage and challenge you to embrace your wholeness: the emotions or traits you most fear or dislike in others, but also learn to “own” your own positive traits.

When we embrace both sides of our self (the negative and the positive), we become the definition of the Chinese belief in yin and yang: “complementary opposites within a greater whole.”

AFFIRM: I see myself as part of a unified creation and I feel whole.
