21 Day Abundance Meditation Challenge with Deepak Chopra

 
 
 
 

My niece sent me Deepak Chopra’s 21 day Abundance Meditation Challenge about a month ago. When she sent it, I recall thinking, “Oh, I did that challenge, and it’s a good one.” My first thought being, since I had already done it, I didn’t need to do it again. But, after a couple of days of watching the comments from others in the group— I decided to do it again. And, I’m so glad that I did. I still have my own meditation practice each morning, and this additional one with Deepak added a beautiful complement.

I thought, if I’m enjoying it so much, perhaps you will too. I want to do it AGAIN, and so I invite you to do this with me, a 21-day meditation journey aimed at unlocking more abundance in your life.

During these difficult and uncertain times, we can all benefit from drawing in more abundance.

This 21 day meditation journey will take about 15 mins per day. The commitment is to complete a meditation and a journaling task each day. It will take dedication, but I feel worth every ounce of effort. You can incorporate this practice into your schedule at anytime during your day.

STARTING MONDAY MAY 18

I will send you an email the night before with the task and guided meditation for the next day. There will be a forum page for you to visit each day. You can post your thoughts, feelings, ideas, and I will also post a comment and answer questions. This group will be a safe and sacred space to welcome the abundance into our lives together.
