WELCOME

This is a 21-day meditation journey aimed at unlocking more abundance in your life. During these difficult and uncertain times, we can all benefit from drawing in more abundance.

It will take 15-20 minutes per day by completing a meditation and a journaling task.

START DATE:

Monday, May 18th, 2020

WHAT:

21 Day Abundance Meditation Journey guided by Deepak Chopra.

INTENTION:

Cultivate the habit/mindset of abundance, personally and collectively.

HOW IT WORKS:

For 21 days, I’ll share the intentions as prescribed by Deepak Chopra’s program:

  • Daily Time Commitment: 10-15 minutes for the meditation 15-20 minutes to complete the task of the day.

  • Once you complete the daily intention, you will post on each forum DAY X DONE ✅

  • Feel free to share your thoughts, feelings and manifestations on the forum. This interaction is encouraged to gain the maximum amount of abundance throughout this journey.

  • Work in a journal or notepad for your thoughts.

OUTCOMES

  1. Realize your blocks, fears and limiting beliefs in the area of wealth, health, anything.

  2. Actively heal them by opening up an infinite source of abundance.
