Today, marks February 1st and St. Valentines Day is around the corner. We like to think of February as the month of LOVE.
Self-love is the most important kind of love. Today, create the intention to feel authentic love for moi.
What do you love most about yourself?
Are you kind, compassionate or patient? Write it down. Celebrate it.
Now (perhaps not as easy) pay attention to something you don’t “love” about yourself. Are you irritable, demanding, moody? Choose to create an affirmation, a positive resolve for change.
