General Information

I no longer see an item that I wanted to purchase, will it be available again?

All of our pieces are one of a kind. Contact orders@elizabethirvine.com to see if we can recreate a similar design or if you can place a special order. This will vary with certain gemstones and styles.

When will my order ship?

We ship within 1-3 business days from either our Austin, Houston, or Santa Fe office. All orders will ship within 1 week after being placed. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number, so you can track your package on it’s way to you.

Can I cancel/modify my order?

If your order is still being processed and has not shipped you can contact us at orders@elizabethirvine.com to cancel/modify your order.

Does The Jewelry Project have a repair policy?

Yes, we offer repairs for all online orders. To start the repair process, please follow these steps:

  1. Email orders@elizabethirvine.com to inform us that you are sending in a piece for repair.
  2. We will give you our business address via email.
  3. Include repair fee of $30. Make all checks payable to Truewellbeing, Inc.
  4. Include prepaid return envelope to ensure a quick return back to you.

Some repair fees may be waived. Feel free to contact us directly at orders@elizabethirvine.com to discuss your particular situation.

Our pieces are handcrafted by local artisans in Texas and New Mexico. We are passionate about staying local and giving back to our community. We strive to use only the purest of elements.

Returns & Exchanges

How long do I have to return an item?

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return your purchase for a full refund or store credit, within 30 days of the purchase date. Email orders@elizabethirvine.com to begin the return process.

How do I return an item?

Your return must be unworn, in its original condition and may not be altered in any way. 

If applicable for a return, send an email to: orders@elizabethirvine.com with your reason for returning, order number, and item you’d like to exchange. Pack your jewels or artwork well and ship your return to the address provided by email.

 

Once received, we will credit back the original form of payment. Returns take about 1 week to process.

Can I return an item I received as a gift?

You may return an product which you received as a gift only for store credit.

Can I exchange an item?

We do not offer exchanges. If you would like to exchange your Elizabeth Irvine piece for a different one, simply return your original purchase for a full refund and place another order for the new piece you would like.

However there are certain exemptions to this, feel free to contact orders@elizabethirvine.com to discuss your particular situation.
