We ship within 1-3 business days from either our Austin, Houston, or Santa Fe office. All orders will ship within 1 week after being placed. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number, so you can track your package on it’s way to you.

Our pieces are handcrafted by local artisans in Texas and New Mexico. We are passionate about staying local and giving back to our community. We strive to use only the purest of elements.
With your support of the Jewelry Project, we are able to give back to our local communities. We search out individuals in need, and choose to give directly to them rather than going through an organization. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return your purchase for a full refund or store credit, within 30 days of the purchase date. Email email@example.com to begin the return process.
Your return must be unworn, in its original condition and may not be altered in any way.
If applicable for a return, send an email to: firstname.lastname@example.org with your reason for returning, order number, and item you’d like to exchange. Pack your jewels or artwork well and ship your return to the address provided by email.
Once received, we will credit back the original form of payment. Returns take about 1 week to process.
We do not offer exchanges. If you would like to exchange your Elizabeth Irvine piece for a different one, simply return your original purchase for a full refund and place another order for the new piece you would like.
