I emailed you in May 2008 to thank you for your guided meditations cuz they helped me gradually
lose 20 pounds.

Well this is an update - Those 20 pounds have remained off.  And I know how rare that is for us with extra pounds to maintain a weight loss for over one year.

So I wanted to give you a BIG thanks for these daily gifts of meditation.  And yes I love it when you do all meditation tapes.

The one where we hummed was GREAT. I go on daily walks and hum away. And I too love the colors &amp; number count downs.

I wanted to share that I have one of those power balls (the big round balls that we exercise on).  Well I put up my legs on the ball while meditating and it is a wonderful position.  My physical therapist recommended doing this position for at least 20 minutes a day.  SO I get to take care of 2 birds with one stone while meditating.
