Elizabeth Irvine is an educator, award-winning author and jewelry designer. Elizabeth’s philosophy and teachings are based on twenty-five years’ experience as a health care professional and through her yogic style of living. During this time she gained a reflective insight into what truewellbeing really means.
Based on principles she has learned and developed as an ICU nurse, health writer, yoga instructor, and as a mother of three, Elizabeth teaches from experience. Taken holistically, this path provided a foundation for her work today.
Her experience as a speaker and workshop presenter include: Miraval Resort, Tucson AZ, Cal-a-Vie Health Spa, La Vista, CA, The Crossings Resort and Lake Austin Resort, Austin , TX and M.D. Anderson’s Integrative Medicine Program; writing and producing video, workshops and yoga programs for numerous organizations most recently the prestigious Jung Center and the popular Houstonian Health Club & Spa.
In 2011, Elizabeth pursued the idea of providing a tangible keepsake for women. A jewelry line was developed by Elizabeth that expresses her spiritual affirmations. The collections are all handcrafted with high-quality, semi-precious gemstones, crystals, and raw materials that are timeless and classic. A percentage of the proceeds from The Jewelry Project support charities for women and children and they are currently sold in specialty stores across the nation.
Elizabeth sits on the board for St Lukes Episcopal Hospital Friends of Nursing and she lives with her family in Houston, Texas.
